Here is a quick yogic exercise you can do when you feel like your morale is low and you just want to give up.

It will give you a fighting spirit so you keep going and don’t give in.

Come standing and spread the legs as wide as possible while keeping your balance.

Arms bent at the elbows at 90 degrees with forearms parallel to the floor.

Begin to rotate the hips in large circles – breathe deeply as you circle – doesn’t matter what direction.

Do this for 3- 5 mins and let your Spirit Soar !

This exercise may be painful and works on a part of your spine which is never massaged. It is said that Moses taught this to the Jewish people before long journeys to raise their spirits and give them the will to keep fighting and not give in.
