What Is Grief?

During this time many of us have experienced great loss in our lives. This is all part of our evolution into the Age of Aquarius. 

The mind wants to cling to the old, the familiar in order to have a semblance of security. This can creates suffering. So to let go is to grieve – it is part of being a human.

We can’t truly let go until we grieve and feel our losses and this in turn opens the heart to more love.
